The gift vouchers issued by us are only applicable for online shopping services.

(5) Online Shopping Membership

This membership is only for the ASTRID online store and is provided for viewing personal order records.

(6) Goods Damage and Returns and Exchanges

Customers must check the goods upon receipt to ensure that the type, quantity, and quality of the goods match the order. If the goods do not match the type and quantity of the order or are damaged, please contact our customer service department via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the goods to arrange for a replacement (applicable to orders in Hong Kong only). If the customer has signed for the goods or opened or used them, we reservethe right to refuse replacement.

(7) Disclaimer

We will not be liable to users or any third party for any inability to accurately provide the services requested by you due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, customs detentions, computer viruses, network failures, etc.) or any circumstances beyond our control.

(8) Adverse Weather Arrangements

When Hong Kong raises Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning, delivery services may be delayed or changed, and we will contact customers during office hours to make alternative delivery arrangements when the relevant warning or signal is canceled.
