Scent: True Lavender/Catnip

True Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia)
We source authentic lavender from Bulgaria, infusing a gentle floral scent that provides soothing and comforting feeling. With its lower concentration of the monoterpene compound, pinene, compared to other lavender varieties, it is safer for pets.

*Pinene is a common monoterpene compound found in essential oils. High concentrations of pinene can cause kidney burden in cats, making Spike Lavender (Lavandula latifolia/ Lavandula spica) and Spanish Lavender (Lavandula stoechas) unsuitable for pets.

Catnip (Nepeta Cataria)
Imported from the United States, is a rare essential oil that is different from regular peppermint oil. It is effective in repelling insects and can create a peaceful and relaxing sleeping environment. It also has respiratory system benefits and contains nepetalactone, which can regulate GABA and stimulate the pheromone receptors in a cat’s nose to help alleviate stress and stabilize their mood.

*GABA is a neurotransmitter that can inhibit nerve activity, achieving a calming effect on animals.

Diffusion time: around 1.5 months

Instructions:
Before first use, soak the diffuser stick in the fragrance diffuser until the essential oil permeates 3/4 of the stick, then flip the stick. Thereafter, flip the stick every 1-2 weeks depending on the diffusion needs.
